Among the rice we produce is the Paella Valenciana (dish par excellence in the area), the arro's a'banda (with fish and alli-oli), the arro's negre (which gives the characteristic color is the ink of the squid, also served with alli-oli), baked rice (with pork ribs), the fideuá (with pasta and seafood), seafood paella (with different types of fish) and vegetable paella (made as the name suggests).
